I am delighted to share a significant milestone in Rapidan Energy Group's journey as we celebrate our 15th anniversary and launch our newly redesigned website. This anniversary recognizes my team’s years of growth, and I am very proud of their unwavering commitment to providing best-in-class data and research covering the intersection of global energy markets, policy and geopolitics.

When I founded Rapidan Energy Group in 2009, I envisioned a firm that would provide leading global companies and financial institutions with expert, integrated analysis and advice on the fundamental, policy and geopolitical drivers in the global energy industry.  Having previously worked for a leading hedge fund, Tudor Investment, and for President George W. Bush, it was important that my firm provide the same level of unbiased, timely and actionable information and analysis that was required in those exacting environments.  No fluff, no “telling people what they want to hear” or simply re-reporting the news. I wanted to help clients manage risk and seize opportunities by providing bold, forward-looking insights. 

Over the past 15 years, my team has worked tirelessly and successfully to turn this vision into reality. Our success in partnering with the world’s leading energy corporations, financial institutions and government agencies is a testament to our team’s hard work, dedication and the trust our clients have placed in our expertise. 

Rapidan’s 15th anniversary is not just a celebration of our past achievements, but a stepping stone toward our continued growth into new markets, new regions and new platforms. It takes hard work to stay ahead in this industry. As our clients’ needs change, ours will too, and we are just as committed today to putting our clients first as we were on the day we opened our doors in 2009.
